FLAT TUMMY SUPERFOOD BURCHA


INGREDIENTS
 
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup cacao nibs
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup sultanas
1/4 cup diced dried mango
1/2 cup activated buckwheat
 
DIRECTIONS

1. Dice sultanas and dried mango (or use a blender or food processor and pulse untill they are in small peices).
2. Add all measured ingredients into a large mixing bowl, mix well then funnel into a glass jar and store in the pantry or fridge.
3. Sprinkle seeds onto smoothie bowls, acai, smoothies or ice cream. Or soak seeds over night for a yummy Burcha yogurt…
 
OVERNIGHT BERRY BURCHA

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup of Superfood Burcha mix
1/2 cup Almond milk
2 tbs Coconut yogurt
 
DIRECTIONS
 
1. Add Burcha mix to a glass jar, add the milk and yogurt and stir to combine well.
2. You can add frozen or fresh berries on top at this time if your soaking overnight or add them in the morning.
3. You can make this and eat it right away if you wish, although soaking the seeds for a while before eating is beneficial for optimal digestion.
